Does it work with our existing WhatsApp Business number?

Yes. Ilmove AI sits on top of your existing WhatsApp Business line — patients still message the number on your website, Google Business profile, or signage. Nothing changes for them, and your team can take over any conversation at any time.

How long does setup take?

You can be live in under 48 hours. Day one: a 30-minute call to capture your treatment pricing, opening hours, finance options, and tone of voice. Day two: we configure, test, and switch you on. We do the work; you do the dentistry.

Will it integrate with our practice management software?

Ilmove AI integrates with Calendly for bookings out of the box. Direct integrations with Dentally, Software of Excellence, iSmile, and others are on the roadmap. For now, your front desk gets a clean handover into the portal and copies bookings into your PMS — typically a 10-second action.

Is patient data secure and GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Storage is on Google Cloud UK/EU regions. We hold no data we do not need, retain conversation data for 2 years (configurable), and have a full DPA available on request. We are UK-registered.

What about emergency cases — won't the AI miss them?

Emergency triage is built in. If a patient mentions trauma, severe pain, swelling, or a knocked-out tooth, Ilmove AI escalates immediately to your designated emergency contact — and tells the patient what to do in the meantime. It will never delay a clinical emergency.

What if a patient asks something the AI doesn't know?

Ilmove AI knows what it doesn't know. If a question falls outside its training, it tells the patient your team will be in touch shortly and flags the conversation for human follow-up in the portal.
